The facilitation training will be conducted by a skilled consultant with extensive experience. By bringing in an external consultant, you get an un-biased outside-in perspective on your every day interactions and processes. Being free from biased opinions about realationships or their players means the consultant will not assume or judge anyone based on historical knowledge, and it can often be easier for invividuals to put the cards on the table and be frank with an outsider.
