ARE YOUR TEAMS ENGAGED AND MOTIVATED?
Employee turnover has increased significantly in the past 20 years, and keeping the right talent within the organisation has become more difficult; yet remains just as important.
Many aspects of a job can lead to an employee leaving your organisation, but there are ways to reduce the turnover trend.
One way of reducing turnover is to make sure your teams are motivated and engaged.
Have you ever heard the saying: “The most frequent sources of problems and failure in a job are a result of mismatched personalities …
… and not […] a lack of skill, knowledge or experience” ?
Supported by science we, in Human Acceleration, believe that team members who are motivated and engaged are less likely to leave your organisation.

HOW WE ENGAGE THE TEAM
We define and use 'social intelligence' as the ability to form relations, beneficial to yourself and others. We all have different ways of establishing relations and we find joy in different types of relations, yet we believe that regardless of the underlying motivations we all benefit from relations.
During a team workshop we use insight from different assessment tools to strengthen social intelligence by providing team members an understanding of their individual behavioural strengths and challenges, before we start exploring team dynamics.
Learn more about how we facilitate workshops and help you engage your teams through 'Team Workshops' here.
