THE TYPICAL PROCESSWe typically use this four step model to make the process as smooth as possible, ensuring that we exploit our resources in the best possible way to give you what you need in the most efficient way.
The first step is to identify the right consultant match for your organisation and your specific needs. This obviously requires insight in order for us to do a successful match.
We will typically set up a meeting/call with our core staff to shed light of the challenge(s) you are facing, and to learn more about your values, culture and needs.
STEP 3This meeting creates the foundation for us to present our consultant match(es) to you. If you have a preferred consultant you would like to initiate contact with, this can be arranged up front to eliminate steps 2 and 3.
Our consultant initiates contact with you. From here the consultant presents, elaborates, moderates and adapts the solution to help you solve your challenges.
